Attitude is translated so loudly in photographs, and I have to say that this model has the best one! The female form is so effortlessly beautiful, particularly the curve of the spine, which Mackenzie captures perfectly. The lighting is clearly magnificent, giving the model a sunkissed glow. What draws me to this particular series is the artistry and the fine art feel of her feminine figure against the roughness of the environment. I see the story of a woman who is bold, striking, tough, and fascinating, a woman who has enough poise to unapologetically love and accept herself as she is.

From the Photographer | I have said it many times, but shooting boudoir outdoors is my happy place. Something about the rawness of it is invigorating. I had been wanting to shoot at this particular location for quite some time, so when Kara approached me about doing a shoot outdoors I couldn't wait! I wanted to keep it pretty simple with styling and let her natural beauty and tattoos radiate against the colorful clay. Kara was a rockstar, willing to climb and get dirty for the shot!
