I have never been to Canada, but there is some serious boudoir talent coming from our northern neighbor! The forest boudoir shoot by Linen & Lace Boudoir is moody and edgy with a feminine twist. Alyssa of Linen & Lace embraced the gloomy natural light and used it to create a sense of drama and depth within her images. Her model, Jay Rose, totally embraced the energy and look she was going for. I got lost in these images, and I hope you do too.
From the Photographer | Both the outdoors and boudoir photography are some of my biggest passions in life and for quite some time, I had wanted to forge the two together. I met up with a wonderful local model, Jay Rose, and we created a magical scene together. I wanted to convey a moody and rich set of images with this session, much different from my usual light & airy portfolio. I used a Nikon D600, my 85mm 1.8 and paired them with the natural, gloomy light that remained shortly before sunset.
